Wishgain reserves the right to restrict or remove such content if it is considered high-risk or inconsistent with platform policies or payment provider requirements.

5. Enforcement

Wishgain actively monitors the platform to detect and prevent prohibited activities.

If a violation of this policy is identified, Wishgain may take one or more of the following actions:

Remove the content or gift list
Restrict account functionality
Temporarily suspend the user account
Permanently terminate the user account
Report the activity to payment providers or relevant authorities if required

Users who encounter content that may violate this policy are encouraged to report it to the Wishgain support or compliance team.

Reports will be reviewed and appropriate action will be taken.
